We are hiring Entry-Level Canvassers / Appointment Setters to generate leads by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods.
This is the first step into high-income roofing sales , where your primary responsibility is to:
Start conversations → Build trust → Set qualified appointments
No roofing experience required—we provide hands-on training and mentorship
.
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
- Start conversations around roof condition, storm damage, and inspections
- Educate homeowners on the value of a free roof inspection
- Set appointments for experienced sales representatives
- Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy
- Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set)
- Work consistently to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Motivated by high income potential—not average earnings
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people daily
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
