Position Overview

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Advisor for Ken Garff Toyota Cheyenne who aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role requires a naturally persuasive individual who thrives on fast‑paced work and frequent customer interaction, and who can handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently while managing multiple customer relationships.

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships with others.
• Easy‑going, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $3,000 – $10,000+ per month.
Guarantee: $10,000 guarantee for 90 days. Guaranteed breakdown: 1st month $4,000, 2nd month $3,000, 3rd month $3,000.

Work Schedule: 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00pm – 7:00pm (Monday‑Saturday) with one day off during the week and every Sunday off.
