In this role, you will represent Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional salesperson to all assigned existing and prospective accounts. The Account Manager Lead promotes growth and development of Coca-Cola and allied products, executes promotional activity, and ensures that accounts are merchandised in accordance with Swire standards.

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers at each customer location. Place orders to be delivered while maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
• Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers and all points of availability, ensuring proper stocking, maintenance, and rotation per company standard.
• Supervise merchandisers and collaborate with bulk delivery driver to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
• Rotate products to support a first-in, first-out stocking system by organizing products on shelves.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items to increase sales volume and generate additional revenue.
• Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) are followed by regularly confirming details with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the customer location general manager.
• Maintain back-room stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area. Write up credits and confirm credits are ready for pickup by bulk driver.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Driver's License required
• 1+ years of retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience required
• Ability to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices
