Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is the driving force behind Max Liner’s success. The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to build lasting relationships, execute sales initiatives, and deliver cost‑effective trenchless infrastructure solutions and a suite of products in a given region. The role focuses on developing target accounts, maintaining and driving new business, and providing point repair rehabilitation solutions for small diameter applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting, and management efforts for assigned accounts within the territory.
  • Provide core product specification knowledge, application, and value to customers.
  • Conduct meetings to present company mission and offerings to decision makers.
  • Understand, assess, and anticipate customers’ objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Obtain product approvals through presentations and supporting submittal development.
  • Acquire new customers to maximize supply center revenue.
  • Escalate customer service issue follow‑up.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and terms.
  • Strategically manage through feedback from customers and market.
  • Work closely with supply center and corporate resources to have them enter and fulfill orders.
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical aspects of construction.
  • Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
  • Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Prepared for frequent travel.
Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in a related field).
  • Knowledge of the industry or related industry is a plus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and may include shift work, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is required as job duties demand, and the position requires almost full‑time travel within the designated region.
