Sales Advisor – Ken Garff Toyota Cheyenne

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor who excels at building relationships and driving results in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

• Lead customers through their entire sales journey with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects generated from web, phone, and in‑store leads.
• Participate in regular training to deepen sales skills and product knowledge.

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships.
• Easy‑going, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Competitive monthly base range of $3,000 – $10,000+ with a $10,000 guarantee for the first 90 days.

Monday–Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm, with one day off per week and Sunday off.
