Arctic Trucks North America and Krug Expedition Vehicles are looking for an experienced sales leader with a solid track record of growing complex, high value business portfolios to drive sales of our flagship vehicles.
Arctic Trucks globally has more than 30 years of experience manufacturing vehicles for transportation and logistics in the world’s harshest environments.
Opening in 2022, Arctic Trucks North America focuses on bespoke solutions for commercial and extreme overlanding markets.
Arctic Trucks North America is actively growing commercial sales in Alaska and Canada and developing products and markets in the lower 48 based on an expanding product portfolio.
Krug Expedition supplies market leading Overlanding campers throughout Europe.
Debuting in North America in 2024, Krug’s vehicles set the standard for capability, luxury, and durability.
Partnering with Arctic Trucks for chassis development and supply, Krug Expedition is building a portfolio of products in North America that match their class-leading vehicles in Europe.
- Analyze and develop a deep understanding of Arctic Trucks’ and Krug’s portfolio of products, market segments, and customer requirements.
- Create and evolve a comprehensive sales strategy by segment.
- Generate and pursue sales leads, negotiate sales contracts, process orders, manage customer communication through delivery.
- Be the key point of contact for the customer throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Develop, publish and maintain sales and marketing documentation.
- Work with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and drive new product releases.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business or engineering
- 10+ years experience selling capital equipment, transportation solutions, or other complex engineered products, and experience managing B2B relationships.
- Sales experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or recreational vehicle industries
- Demonstrated track record of developing markets and introducing new products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite and other software required to analyze and interpret data, create and publish accurate and detailed documents and agreements.
- Comfortable and experienced with detailed work including pricing, cost analysis, and contract documents.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% including to remote, international locations.
- Interest in the development, construction and use of off-road vehicles
- Interest and experience in the Arctic and other cold-climate regions
- Starting salary of $70,000/year plus commission
