Job SummaryThe Surveillance Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and coordination of surveillance operations across thirteen (13) Historic Horse Racing gaming facilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Security & Surveillance, this position provides supervision, leadership, quality assurance, regulatory oversight, and investigative support to ensure the integrity of gaming operations, protection of company assets, and compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management- Oversee surveillance operations at all Wyoming Horse Palace gaming locations.
- Ensure consistent surveillance coverage and practices.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling.
- Conduct operational inspections and performance audits.
- Ensure compliance with Wyoming gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations.
- Review surveillance logs, reports, and evidence retention procedures.
- Assist with gaming license compliance requirements.
- Conduct surveillance investigations involving:
- Theft
- Fraud
- Patron disputes
- Employee misconduct
- Suspicious transactions
- Internal control violations
- Prepare investigative summaries and evidence packages.
- Supervise surveillance team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Enact training programs and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor future surveillance leaders.
- 3+ years surveillance experience.
- 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Multi-property gaming experience.
- Experience with enterprise surveillance systems.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HHR operations and gaming regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend for prolonged periods.
