Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the building, parking areas, exterior perimeter, common areas, and construction-adjacent spaces to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, contractor entry, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures; document observations and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and contacting emergency services when directed;
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and maintain professional communication with site management and Allied Universal leadership
