Flooring Installer- Carpet Specialist

The SERVPRO of Cheyenne Team is looking for an experienced Flooring Installer with a strong background in carpet installation to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Measure and prepare surfaces for carpet installation
• Install carpet using appropriate tools and techniques
• Remove old flooring when necessary
• Trim carpet to fit spaces using tools like carpet knives, stretchers, and tack strips
• Ensure proper padding and seam placement
• Clean work areas and ensure a tidy finish
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally
• Assist the mitigation team as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience installing carpet (minimum 4 years)
• Familiar with all types of carpet and installation methods
• Ability to lift heavy materials and kneel for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
