Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

• Willing to travel and be away from home up to 2 weeks per month
• 18+ years old
  , high school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a medical exam & drug test
• A licensed driver with a clean MVR
• Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops and ladders
• Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors
• Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus

• Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects
• Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables
• Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Tackling other duties as assigned
