Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance on the building.
- Handle tenants' requests as they come in within a timely manner.
- Repair and help restore lived-in units to their original condition.
- Work well with a team to ensure tenants receive an adequate level of service.
- Basic “Handyman” skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Mechanical skills
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
- 401k with a company match after 30 days
- Paid time off (begins immediately and accrues at 10 hours per month for the first two years)

- 8‑hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- On‑call as needed
- Cheyenne, WY area – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
- Must have a valid, unexpired driver’s license
Full‑time
Salary$21.00 – $22.00 per hour based on experience
