OverviewBuild the infrastructure that powers some of the world’s largest data centers. The role supports enterprise‑scale data center operations with a blend of 60% inside plant work and 40% outside plant fiber infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Inside Plant Operations- Install, configure, and maintain servers, racks, network equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs)
- Perform rack‑and‑stack activities and structured cabling installations
- Manage and maintain fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
- Work alongside network and systems teams to support critical data center operations
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, cooling systems, and backup power infrastructure
- Support the installation and maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure, conduits, and cabling systems
- Route, terminate, and test fiber optic and copper cables between facilities and network connection points
- Inspect outside plant infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on installation and repair projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of cable routes, infrastructure updates, and system changes
- Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, or infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards and fiber optic technologies
- Hands‑on experience with rack and stack, hardware installation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment

- LV‑G Low Voltage License (4,000 hours)
- LV‑C Low Voltage Communication License (500 hours)
Pay range: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour.
