PositionForklift Operator
CompensationAll forklift roles now starting at $21.00/hr base rate with a $1.00 or $1.75 shift differential on certain shifts. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
B shift Friday – Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.

- Accurately match all paperwork/labels to merchandise
- Use CV30 to accurately scan all moves
- Repalletize fallen merchandise when necessary
- Able to properly stack skids and pallets
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Maintain accountability of indirect time by filling out an indirect log daily and assist in other areas as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Conduct power equipment safety check / fill out checklist as required
- Maintain safe and proper operating procedures on power equipment at all times
- Follow “Best Practice Preferred Methods and Work Smart Principles”
- Attend power equipment safety training and pass both an eye exam and power equipment examination
- Will be required to load/unload belt/elevator/lift with pallets and skids. Experience operating forklift preferred.
- Experience operating Stand‑up forklift a plus – will train
- Experience operating a forklift preferred
- Experience operating a stand‑up forklift a plus
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to safety protocols and ability to follow procedures
