Operate multiple types of heavy equipment—backhoe, dozer, excavator, loader, motor grader, scrapers, and more—to prepare job sites, grade terrain, and meet project specifications. Responsibilities include moving materials, digging holes and trenches, transporting earth and gravel, and pushing trees and rocks. Equipment Operators will also perform physical labor work when necessary and may work on single-job or multi-task projects, depending on project size and organization.

- Skilled in using GPS and manual controls to achieve precise grading and excavation
- Handle attachments, hydraulics, and perform trenching, loading, and material movement efficiently
- Operate equipment for roadways, building pads, ponds, and demolition projects
- Maintain equipment care, perform light maintenance, and ensure safe, damage-free operation
- Work in fast-paced, high-production environments with minimal supervision
- Support pipe crew operations and follow strict safety standards
- Minimum 3-7 years of Heavy Equipment Operating Experience with multiple types of equipment or equivalent education and experience
- Willing to perform laborer work
- Ability to work as a team member, professional, and with a positive attitude
- Motivated self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment
- Frequent gross body movements such as bending, climbing into equipment, lifting up to 75lbs, twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites
- Good eye-to-hand coordination and depth perception
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Flexible availability to include overtime and possible weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear communication skills, able to listen and understand spoken instructions to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and other situations requiring an immediate response
