We’re hiring a hands‑on HVAC Technician in Cheyenne to support data centers and critical facilities. This is a field‑based role where you’ll help keep cooling systems running 24/7 to protect sensitive equipment.
If you enjoy working with HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, and being out on job sites, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in data centers
- Travel to local sites around Cheyenne and nearby areas
- Keep cooling systems running reliably in critical environments
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with equipment
- Test systems to make sure everything is operating properly
- Use tools and a laptop to monitor and troubleshoot systems
- Work with engineers and project teams during installs and repairs
- HVAC experience (service, install, or maintenance)
- Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with tools, wiring, and equipment
- Ability to read basic diagrams or blueprints
- Willingness to travel to local job sites
- Experience working in data centers or critical environments
- Experience with controls or building automation systems
- Previous field service experience
- Based in Cheyenne with a steady daytime schedule
- Field‑based role with travel to nearby job sites
- Work in data centers, mechanical rooms, and industrial spaces
- Team‑oriented environment with strong support
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr.
