LINX is seeking a Fusion Splicing Technician to install, terminate, and certify high-density fiber optic cable systems in telecom and data center environments. This role requires hands-on experience with single-fiber and mass ribbon fusion splicing up to 3,456 strands and proficiency with Fujikura splicers.
You will supervise and mentor a team of technicians, ensure splice quality, and maintain documentation and safety standards according to project specs.
