Lead form carpentry work for commercial concrete foundations on a data center project;
Form and construct grade beams and grade beam footings according to project specifications and drawings;
Install and finish slab on grade and extended mechanical slabs with proper elevations and tolerances;
Form and pour concrete columns using appropriate formwork and bracing techniques;
Coordinate daily tasks within a crew environment ranging from 5 to 30 workers and maintain safety protocols
