About the role
Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial irrigation systems for apartment complexes, school campuses, retail centers, and municipal properties across the Rocky Mountain region. Year‑round full‑time position with strong upward mobility.
What you will do- Install new commercial irrigation systems (mainline, lateral, drip, controller setup)
- Diagnose and repair existing systems (leaks, head replacement, valve repair, electrical)
- Spring start‑ups and fall winterizations
- Coordinate with foremen and PMs on project scheduling
- Maintain accurate service tickets and time logs
- 2+ years commercial irrigation experience preferred
- Irrigation certification a plus (we will support you getting certified if not)
- Clean driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, comfortable working independently
- Year‑round availability (we cross‑train into snow ops in winter)
- Year‑round work + cross‑training in snow operations
- Pay based on experience + certifications
- Paid time off + holidays
- Trucks, tools, and equipment provided
- Cert reimbursement after one year
