Commercial Carpenter - Data Center Construction

We're seeking skilled Commercial Carpenters to join a large-scale data center construction project. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime potential, and the chance to work alongside a highly experienced construction team on a major commercial build.

In this role, you'll support concrete and carpentry operations by constructing temporary structures, assisting with formwork, and helping maintain a safe and productive jobsite.

• Build temporary jobsite structures such as safety railings, stairs, walls, and protection systems.
• Assist with concrete formwork installation, modification, and removal.
• Construct and maintain plywood forms and other form systems.
• Support crews performing grade beam, footing, slab, and column work.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project plans.
• Work closely with foremen and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with material movement and general construction duties as needed.

• At least 5 years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of concrete formwork, footings, grade beams, columns, and slab construction.
• Experience with temporary protection systems and metal framing.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have steel-toed boots and reliable transportation.

• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or other safety certifications.
• Data center, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure project experience.
• Previous experience supporting concrete crews and form setters.

• 40-60+ hours per week
• Overtime available
• Sunday typically off

This is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
