Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose repair and perform complete rebuilds on many different types of pumps (high head and specialty pumps)
- Strong Knowledge of instrumentation and programming of controls Inc. panels
- Knowledge of Pump System – Submersible, Pump System Installation – Electric and AODD
- Knowledge of filtration, A mechanic should know how to diagnose and repair all filtration equipment including sand media filters.
- Ability to know where to obtain most repair parts as in some instances the mechanic will have to order themselves. This would include local parts as well as parts from the company’s warehouse.
- Able to demonstrates knowledge of up to five skills required for branch specific work
- Complete paperwork/electronic documents as required by management.
- Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
