• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
• Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

• Earnings of $60,000 to $100,000+ per year
• Flat rate pay with a guaranteed PRO TECH hourly floor NEVER broken equipment. We invest in our techs, so your lift and shop equipment work when you need them.

• Diagnose and repair customer, warranty and internal work: engine, electrical, drivability, brakes, suspension, HVAC and more
• Do thorough multi-point inspections and write up what the vehicle needs with clear notes and photos, so the customer sees what you see
• Fix it right the first time and document your story (concern, cause, correction) so warranty pays
• Keep your bay clean, safe and organized
• Work as a team with your advisor, shop foreman and parts counter to keep the work moving
• Keep growing your skills through factory training and certifications

PRO TECH is Ken Garff's technician career program. Your level is built from your time with us plus your Ford training. The higher your level, the more every check pays.

• Five levels:
  Enrolled, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum
• As your training and certifications move up, so does your flat rate (Denver Region leading pay!)
• Monthly efficiency bonus: hit 100% or better and every production hour pays extra, from $0.25 up to $3.50 an hour depending on your level and efficiency
• Quarterly tool allowance: flag 425+ hours in a quarter and earn $225 to $550. Spend it on tools or cash it out once a quarter
• Apprentices earn tool money too: $1,000 when you start, $500 at each…
