Desired Qualifications- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or specialist‑level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting test results
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and outside agencies
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative services to students and staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address academic and mental health concerns
- Deliver counseling and intervention services for individuals and groups
- Facilitate crisis response and provide recommendations for behavioral interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary and eligibility team meetings
- Offer guidance and workshops for staff and families on various topics related to student well‑being
