Desired Qualifications
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or specialist‑level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting test results
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and outside agencies

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address academic and mental health concerns
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services for individuals and groups
  • Facilitate crisis response and provide recommendations for behavioral interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary and eligibility team meetings
  • Offer guidance and workshops for staff and families on various topics related to student well‑being
