Desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through proper cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercisePunctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or staff meetingsPassionate about fitness and coaching others with purpose while providing excellent customer serviceAbility to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and healthExceptionally member service oriented and possesses outstanding communication skillsAbility to design exercise programs tailored to the needs of specific clients/goalsAbility to demonstrate and teach exercises while providing feedback on techniqueAbility to execute individual fitness program design in a safe and effective mannerUnderstands the importance of maintaining accurate and current client filesDedicated to maintaining personal integrity and personal health and fitnessAttends mandatory and optional staff training classesPromotes and sells personal training programs and servicesRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industryRequirements:
National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) and CPR/AED certification must be currentExperience in designing and implementing fitness programming based on varying individual needsKnowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise scienceAbout Gold’s Gym:
