• Supervise, organize, and lead practice sessions to develop the sport’s skills and sportsmanship with elementary students. Always ensure student safety and provide safety equipment.
• Implement LCSD#1 elementary sport’s curriculum during practices.
• Supervise assistant coaches and volunteer coaches.
• Attend and monitor all practices and sporting events.
• Communicate with athletes and parents regarding practice schedules and events.
• Conduct administrative responsibilities including inventory and security of equipment and supplies.
• Follow all Laramie County School District #1 guidelines.
• Demonstrate fairness and consistency in all decisions and judgments related to the sport participants.
• Attend work and arrive in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous coaching or participation experience in the sport preferred.

• Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.

• Scheduling, organizational, and time management skills.
