We have an excellent opportunity for Equipment Operators in our Cheyenne, WY Aggregate Pit!

• Operation of Heavy Equipment in various construction environments.

• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform equipment operations in various work conditions and environments.
• Communicate effectively and listen well.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work while following all company policies.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
• Work in extreme weather conditions.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Equipment Operator, preferably with the defined type of equipment, on highway and commercial projects.
• Ability to read and understand grade and perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of aspects of paving operations.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel if job requires.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
