Company Driver – Cheyenne, WY

Climate Express, Inc. seeks a Company Driver for a refrigerated location in Cheyenne, WY. The position starts ASAP and offers weekly pay ranging from $1,430 to $1,860.

This role involves driving from origin to destination (OTR) across the United States. Drivers operate a 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic truck equipped with safety and comfort features such as ergonomic seats, dual antennas, a flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radio, and a large refrigerated compartment. The driver is responsible for maintaining safe driving practices, performing regular vehicle checks, and adhering to company dispatch policies.

• Operate a 2022 or newer Volvo 760 refrigerated truck safely and efficiently.
• Handle dry‑van and reefer loads with a single‑pick/one‑drop or drop‑and‑hook schedule.
• Complete all required pre‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management teams.
• Work a schedule that may include overnight layovers and detentions, ensuring timely delivery of freight.

• At least 23 years of age.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience.
• Willingness to drive OTR across the United States.
• No more than four serious driving incidents in the past five years.

• Weekly pay based on miles and experience; potential for 5%–7% higher mileage earnings.
