Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a Transportation Driver to be responsible for coordinating & scheduling appointments in addition to safely, timely, and reliably transporting residents to and from appointments and the center.

• Maintain safe and courteous motor vehicle operation in compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform safe loading and unloading of residents to and from transport van.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safe operation of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle accidents, traffic citations, or incidents immediately and complete required reports.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments.

• Required:
  
  Valid driver’s license and has an acceptable driving record
• Preferred:
  Certified Nursing Assistant licensure.
