Weekly Pay: full‑time drivers on this fleet can make $1,054.82–$1,949.36 per week.
Annual Pay: full‑time drivers on this fleet can make $54,850.64–$ per year.
- Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Other accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51–$0.79 per mile, depending on experience.
Transition PackageWe offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
Home TimeHome Time:
Home for the weekend (varies by division; this opportunity is for Division 272).

- Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, then 1–9 years get 80 hours PTO, 10+ years get 120 hours PTO
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- Safe driving record required
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1‑year truck driving experience
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice
