Loadmaster Position

This Loadmaster position is assigned to the 153d Operations Group of the 153d Airlift Wing operating C-130 aircraft. GS-8:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform aircrew duties as loadmaster and to perform related staff support duties. This is a developmental position to the full performance position of Loadmaster (Instructor), GS-2185-09. GS-9:
The primary purpose of this position is to administer, schedule, and conduct flight and ground training which develops, upgrades, and evaluates the skills of loadmaster aircrew members; performs aircrew duties as an instructor loadmaster in the C-130 aircraft and performs related staff support duties; to train crew members in these duties. This is NOT an all-inclusive list of duties.
