Operate plow trucks, skid-steers, and loaders for commercial snow removal across apartment complexes, shopping centers, office parks, and large commercial properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region. November through April with night-shift availability required.

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, and salt trucks
• Plow parking lots, drives, and access roads to documented schedules
• Apply de-icing materials per route plans
• Sidewalk clearing on assigned routes
• Document service tickets and time logs
• Respond to storm dispatch — on-call during active weather

• 1+ year commercial snow removal experience preferred
• Equipment operating experience (truck with plow, skid steer, loader)
• Night-shift availability (most plowing happens overnight)
• CDL a plus but not required for all positions

• Strong seasonal pay — overtime during storm events
• Pre-storm staging — you are ready when the storm hits
• Equipment, fuel, materials provided
• Returning operators preferred year over year
• Cross-over to landscape/irrigation work for off-season opportunities
