As a personal finance advisor, you develop and maintain lasting and trusting relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. You listen to their needs, offer advice that fits their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions. You work closely with a client base primarily composed of individuals and businesses, and you recommend investments, loans and insurance products while balancing client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and prudent risk management.

You collaborate with partners and experts to design integrated strategies that meet members’ and clients’ needs.

Responsibilities
  • Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
  • Recommend investments, loans and insurance products to drive results.
  • Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
  • Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (optional).
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Action oriented, customer focused, drive results, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning.
  • Trade Union membership (if applicable).
