Hours:

Monday - Friday One Half-Day Saturday per Month 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week Employed New Graduates Call

Schedule:

Phone Only Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks Loan Repayment Compensation:

Position will spend two days at Chicago Heights location, two days at South Holland, and the remaining week day will be telemedicine.

- 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
- Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
- Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
