• Lead end‑to‑end Varicent implementation projects, leveraging cloud technologies to solve complex sales performance and incentive compensation challenges
• Provide deep Varicent and technology expertise to maximize value for the clients and internal project teams
• Drive disciplined delivery methodology to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction
• Design scalable, resilient, and cost‑optimized solutions within the Varicent platform to meet diverse compensation and sales operations needs
• Bring best practices in the solution design to ensure that the end architecture meets best practices
• Ensure that the recent product launches, updates are incorporated into the solutions design
• Guide, coach, and mentor project team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth in Varicent and SPM best practices
• Demonstrate strong client‑facing communication and facilitation skills to navigate business requirements, system design, and solution validation
• Collaborate with ZS experts across domains to identify innovative approaches and mitigate delivery risks
• Work with global team members across time zones to ensure seamless implementation and post‑go‑live support
• Bring clarity to ambiguous client challenges and support development of business cases for future‑state Varicent implementations
• Support ZS Leadership through thought leadership, innovation initiatives, and internal capability development around the Varicent platform

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field with a strong academic record
• 5+ years of experience leading large‑scale technology implementations, with at least 2–3 years focused on Varicent or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms
• Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, sales operations, and performance management
