• Serve as a key technical advisor for the employer’s data products to both business and technical stakeholders
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand complex data challenges and translate them into effective solutions
• Develop robust data architectures that support ingestion, transformation, integration, and analytics
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams for successful project execution
• Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to close, driving sales targets

• 7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a focus on data integration and analytics
• Strong technical background in data engineering and hands‑on experience with data ingestion tools and ETL processes
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and data pipelines
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including JavaScript, SQL, Python, and others
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Experience with Service Now platform certifications (CSA, CAD)
• Exposure to technologies such as Generative AI and data governance practices
• Consultative mindset focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
