- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline preferred
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a Sales/Marketing position with proven managerial capability
- Thorough knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience
- Strong problem-solving and sales negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience leading and motivating a sales team
- General knowledge of major competitive building product lines
- Ability to develop and present effective training programs
