What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and develop a field sales team to meet revenue and sales objectives
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to drive account prioritization and results
  • Support team members on high-priority sales opportunities by reviewing materials and attending key meetings
  • Analyze market potential and report findings to sales leadership
  • Ensure departmental budget adherence and manage departmental expenses effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a Sales/Marketing position with proven managerial capability
  • Thorough knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and sales negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Experience leading and motivating a sales team
  • General knowledge of major competitive building product lines
