The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential duties, responsibilities, and requirements. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, site upkeep, and basic troubleshooting within a car wash environment.

• Provide prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options available.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and report inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Fulfill Car Wash Attendant duties as needed and understand how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, following the DRB Protocol.
• Read and apply the Supervisor Level DRB training and attend the Preventative Maintenance training; complete the 5 Day Preventative Maintenance program.
• Report to work on time and adhere to the dress and appearance code.
• Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

• 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic Troubleshooting

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills; ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to work weekends and demonstrate responsibility when the Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies and understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Ability to assist Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs; able to clean solenoids.

Frequently stand and walk; use hands; reach with arms; climb or balance; stoop, crouch, and kneel. Work in damp, humid, and outdoor conditions. May lift/move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Customer service and some car wash experience preferred.

Outdoor car wash environment with typical to loud noise levels; hearing protection and other PPE may be required. Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Level 1 Supervisor works with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
