• Conduct 1 on 1 orientations and training sessions with new CNAs.
• Motivate and provide guidance to new CNAs.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain ongoing education and documentation.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferable: one (1) year of CNA experience.
