Why You Matter
As a part-time Windsor Manager in Training, you will work to become part of our future leadership team! You will act as an Assistant Manager while taking necessary courses and gaining hands-on experience to progress to a key position. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
