Our Stylists are fashion-forward leaders who serve as ambassadors for the AKIRA brand. Passionate, fanatical, and driven, they consistently exceed individual sales goals by cultivating a loyal clientele base. • Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling.
• Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients.
• Thoughtfully curate merchandise to create complete, head‑to‑toe looks for clients.
• Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA’s product offerings.

• Repetitively move product, supplies, and/or boxes; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on role needs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time, including a 10‑12 hour shift.
• Hourly position with additional sales commission. Total compensation will vary based on geographic location and individual sales performance.

Part‑time

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour (hourly position with additional sales commission). Additional compensation and benefits may also apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.
