• Valid Illinois Driver’s License in good standing
• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions and at varying times
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• Willingness to obtain or provide proof of required vaccinations

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering phones, and offering directions and information
• Conduct routine interior and exterior walking patrols of the property
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and crisis situations
• Demonstrate strong command presence and sound judgment during incidents
• Maintain order through appropriate enforcement of facility rules and regulations
• Assess activity on facility grounds to ensure the safety of residents, staff, physicians, visitors, and property
• Gather accurate information and complete incident reports using PCC
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality
• Meet job‑related physical fitness requirements at time of hire and annually
• Safely intervene and physically restrain individuals when necessary, with or without assistance
• Coordinate and manage assigned breaks during overnight shifts
