Our client, a rapidly growing business based in the Chicago area, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and support month-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accurate financial reports in compliance with IFRS
• Maintain and manage the fixed assets register
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
