Hospital Accountant

Description

The Accountant will assist in preparation of hospital and departmental financial statements, spreadsheets and budgets. The Accountant will monitor financial data, trends and indicators, maintain records, and assist with financial projects. Accumulates facts and information in specific accounting areas and summaries in proper form. Analyzes financial data for discrepancies or errors; reconciles data. Involved in annual budget preparation and variance analyses throughout the year.

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

This opportunity is full time Monday-Friday, on the premises.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Strongly prefer 1+ yrs. of hospital accounting exp.
• Excel expertise and Reporting skills
• Able to communicate effectively using written and verbal English
• Good interpersonal skills
