Revenue Accountant
Join iManage as a Revenue Accountant and play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and financial integrity for a global SaaS business.
Responsibilities- Apply ASC 606 and company policies for revenue recognition across SaaS subscriptions, professional services, partner revenue share, and usage‑based models.
- Collaborate with Legal, Partner Management, and Revenue Operations to clarify contractual language and ensure compliance.
- Review incoming revenue reports from partners for reasonableness and maintain accurate records of partner revenue share calculations in Net Suite.
- Assist in monthly financial close activities, including reconciliations and analysis.
- Perform internal audit on revenue arrangements and support external audits.
- Assist in implementing tools or workflows to improve contract and revenue management.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and partners using Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
- 2–5+ years of professional accounting experience in revenue recognition, preferably in a technology company.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition requirements under US GAAP.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
- Net Suite ERP and Advanced Billing experience.
- Experience with multi‑currency, multi‑subsidiary accounting systems.
- Prior audit experience.
- Flexible work policy with in‑office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
