• Manage multiple audit engagements concurrently, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee audit planning, risk assessment, and audit strategy development
• Ensure audits are performed in accordance with GAAS, firm methodology, and applicable regulatory standards
• Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit seniors and staff
