Position Summary
The Audit Senior oversees audit, review and compilation engagements, resolves most accounting issues, and directs staff. The role performs engagements with minimal supervision and provides training and guidance.

• Supervise audit staff, review work, and provide on‑job training.
• Conduct basic, specialized and complex financial, operational and compliance audits under the audit director’s direction.
• Perform risk assessment prior to engagement.
• Prepare complex work papers and support conclusions.
• Draft financial statements and management letters; close engagements timely.
• Conduct reviews and compilations.
• Report progress regularly to Audit Manager and Audit Director.
• Execute audit or review procedures assigned by managers or director.
• Research, prepare memorandums and summarize findings.
• Supervise daily fieldwork and client contact.
• Prepare very complex individual, trust and business tax returns.
• Evaluate staff at engagement end and provide guidance during engagement.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting & audit experience in public accounting.
• Minimum 1 year leading audits.
• Experience preparing tax returns a plus.
• Experience with for‑profit and non‑for‑profit clients.

• Outstanding written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, business development, training, coaching and mentoring skills.

Pay Transparency
Estimated salary range is $80,000 – $115,000, dependent on skills and experience.
