Project Accountant

Note that this position requires an in-office presence 5 days a week.

Our client, a reputable construction development company in the high‑end retail and data center space, is searching for a project accountant with a focus on accounts payable. $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Manage accounts payable and ensure invoices/purchase orders are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure daily issuance of purchase/change orders are logged in Trello
• Weekly preparation and collection of subcontractor waivers
• Create invoice reports through Timberline Sage
• Monitor and maintain project budgets
• Coordinate with auditors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet stakeholder needs

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  required
• Background in an office, design, construction, and/or architecture setting
• Experience with Accounts Payable preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, analytical, and growth-minded work ethic
• Ability to collaborate with a small team in a fast-paced environment
