We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our located in our Chicago office
. Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm meaning most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Real Estate Industry Group and more specifically, the Commercial Real Estate team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage accounts, train, assign work to staff and communicate directly to clients, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners
• Research topics and communicate directly with tax authorities as needed.
• Research more complex topics and identify client needs.
• Mentor and support staff.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Taxation
• CPA, JD or EA required
• 6+ years tax experience in a public accounting firm
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Pro System FX, and BNA Tax Planner
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
