A mid-sized accounting firm committed to providing exceptional client accounting services is currently recruiting a talented individual to join their team as a Client Accounting Services Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work with privately held companies

Key responsibilities:

• Perform accounting services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc.
• Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers.
• Assist with researching, implementing, training on new accounting software.
• Interview accounting personnel for permanent placement.
• Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.
• Manage a team of 5.

Key experience and skills

• Bachelors or masters degree in accounting.
• CPA License required.
• 5+ years of experience in audit or accounting services at mid-market CPA firm
• Experience working with privately held companies
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Daily access to a vehicle for commuting to and from offices and clients as needed.

Open to Hybrid Set-up:Audi st staff need to be on site at client locations and in the office as determined by clients and team leads.
