Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage general ledger accounting for multiple entities, including international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany allocations.

Review employee expense reports and flight activity for compliance with firm policies.

Prepare internal management reports, variance analyses, and financial statements for management companies.

Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist in responding to requests from external auditors, regulatory bodies, and service providers.

Participate in special projects and ad hoc internal requests, contributing to organizational goals.

Utilize advanced accounting systems like Sage Intacct to optimize financial operations.

Accounting Associate

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, with 2–5 years of corporate accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting systems like Sage Intacct and familiarity with US GAAP standards.

Experience in asset management or private equity accounting is advantageous.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
