We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Accountant to manage and support the Firm’s U.S. tax compliance and reporting activities for the Firm and its partners.
Responsibilities:Manage recurring federal, state, and local tax compliance deadlines.
- Prepare tax work papers, calculations, estimates, and supporting schedules.
- Oversee partner tax reporting and annual tax information packages.
- Partner with external tax advisors to address compliance and technical tax matters.
- Research tax issues and monitor changes in applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze tax data and identify discrepancies or potential compliance issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of tax accounting or compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation.
